Daniel, from Nuneaton, has been appointed as a Graduate Underwriter having achieved a First in Accounting and Finance at Coventry University.

The appointment brings the number of staff recruited through the GRS to 16. All new team members undergo a comprehensive internal training programme while gaining immediate experience by supporting the underwriting team and managing their own caseloads under supervision.
